Terms and conditions of participation
Participation in the competition organized by Triebwerk GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation.
Competition procedure
The competition runs from March 29, 2024, 00:00 to April 7, 2024, 24:00. During this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

To participate in the giveaway, you must solve the given task. The solution must be entered in the comments section of the corresponding Instagram post. Participation is only possible within the entry period. Comments received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Only one solution submitted per participant in the comments section will be entered into the giveaway. Using multiple profiles to increase your chances of winning is prohibited. Participation in the giveaway is free.
Eligible participants
Natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 14 years old are eligible to participate. Participation is not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal guardian is required. The following are not eligible to participate in the competition: all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the organizer, and their family members. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its sole discretion if there are legitimate grounds.
Prize, prize notification
The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw from among all participants. If the competition involves a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw.
The winners of the raffle will be notified of their prize via Instagram as soon as possible. The prize will only be awarded to the winner or, in the case of a minor, to their legal guardian. Exchanges, in-person collection, and cash payments of the prize are not possible.
The operator will cover any costs that may arise for shipping the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is also responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.
If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 weeks after being contacted twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
End of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
Data protection
In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organizer's website and social media platforms.

The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
